This base layer creates macro-structures on the back to reduce air turbulence. This results in significantly greater aerodynamic gains than traditional non-textured fabrics.

This BaseLayer is intentionally sleeveless, as most recent suits already incorporate aerodynamic macro-structures in this area.

Choice of materials

Our fabric selection was geared towards breathability and ventilation. Why use aerodynamic but thick materials to save a few watts… only to lose more due to body overheating?

• On the front: our lightest and most breathable fabric possible.

• On the back: a new ultra-light aerodynamic fabric, developed by our team.

The result: an extremely lightweight and breathable product, capable of adapting to the most demanding temperatures while saving precious watts. Wind tunnel tests demonstrated a gain of 3.8 W at 50 km/h .

The BaseLayer also incorporates a discreet radio pocket, which can help reduce aerodynamic drag depending on your position on the bike.
